Are you a compassionate caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact? BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide one-on-one support for families.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Personalized Housekeeping: Perform cleaning, dusting, vacuuming of the client's private bedroom, bathroom, and living area.
Companionship & Comfort: Provide friendly interaction, assist with light meal setup/dishes, and help the resident stay organized.
Family Liaison: Keep the resident's family updated on the cleanliness, comfort, and supply levels of the living space.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and report any changes in condition

Caregiver Requirements:

MUST HAVE - 2 years of professional caregiver experience
CPR certification (required)
TB test negative (required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
