Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with a workload-based model is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students as directed by supervising SLPs
• Maintain accurate service documentation and data tracking
• Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in school team meetings as needed
• Serve as a positive, proactive resource for students, families, and staff
