Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Evaluate and treat medically complex patients across a variety of diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Acute care experience required; must be comfortable with medically complex patient populations
• Valid Kentucky Physical Therapy license required
• BLS certification required (AHA accepted only)
• Must reside at least 65 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must be able to respond to the facility within 30 minutes in case of emergency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Prior travel therapy experience
