This individual will provide leadership, support, and direction to the team while ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience across all wellness offerings. Most importantly, we're looking for the kind of unflappable, confident individual who can consistently deliver a serene, world-class luxury spa experience while bringing creativity, innovation, and a passion for holistic well-being to our broader wellness programming.Passionate about hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, and guest service, with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of spa operations, with experience in fitness and wellness programming highly desired.
