Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at a premier manufacturing client in West Sacramento, CA . 

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourShift: 2nd / 4pm - 12:30amWhat’s a typical day as Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:

• Reading, comprehending, and following established work instructions and procedures with an emphasis on quality.
• Executing the daily production plan to meet due date conformance and quality standards.
• Training on and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FDA requirements.
• Executing assembly tasks, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as necessary.
• Maintaining compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive quality improvements.
• Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Keeping accurate records, maintaining a safe workspace, and training new team members as needed.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Can read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Are proficient with Microsoft applications.

• Are comfortable standing for prolonged periods and working with your hands.
• Are committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
