• Safely operate company vehicles to transport patients to medical appointments, hospitals, or other destinations.
• Provide friendly and respectful assistance to passengers, ensuring their comfort and dignity throughout the journey.
• Assist patients with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle as needed, including helping with mobility aids if applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers and others on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical staff, and patients to coordinate transportation schedules.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in non-emergency medical transportation or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, respectful demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 –25 per week
