For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note that this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.


MaineHealth Pediatrics- Brunswick is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team and support children and families through childhood. The ideal candidate demonstrates 6 months of experience in a medical office, however a Patient Service Representatives can be considered as well, and we are willing to train the right candidate!


Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts.
The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
