Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Pines at Utica is an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, a certified Great Place to Work located in the Capitol Region. Starting Salary: $110,000/year ($52.88/hour). Shift: Evenings 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends required. What You'll Do As an RN Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care delivery. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards. Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. What You Bring Valid New York State Registered Nurse license. Advanced degree or certification preferred. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long‑Term Care setting preferred. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Interest in the needs of the aged and chronically ill. Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
