With your deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Apps subscription data, Cloud Framework transactional scenarios, financial and operational KPIs, and your limitless curiosity, creativity and vision to deliver new business insights to our LOB leaders and shape predictions that help drive business growth. If you're the rare blend of individual who can go deep in the data and also comfortably engage in strategic business discussions with Executives, this opportunity in the Product Development Tools and Innovations (TINNO) Team might be right for you.

This is a functional/business role focused on subscription/finance insights, KPIs, and executive storytelling. The ideal candidate for this position will bring their extensive expertise of Cloud SaaS Subscription data and, importantly, the underlying business transactional scenarios underpinning that data to shape details into complex and compelling stories. You'll piece together the puzzle through meticulous analysis towards discovery of new business insights that will help retain and grow our Cloud business.

This position builds upon detailed knowledge of subscriptions transactional flows and how they result in the story of a customer, a product, a pillar over time -- ultimately shaping predictions and illuminating opportunities. You will navigate an immense amount of data, identify business event patterns, manage significant complexity and challenge your skills in representing complex things simply and intuitively . Key focus is on Real Time Business Metrics, with intersections to Adoption and other TINNO insights.

Your Map to Success:

• Subscriptions data expert : You'll unpack the Fusion Apps subscriptions data to render operational insights that complement traditional Financial KPIs.

• Business Event Focused : Your broad functional knowledge allows you to relate subscriptions data to its origins in back-office and front-office processes, balancing analysis with practical business outcomes.

• Bring your Waders : You will dive deep into the data; so being comfortable with detailed, multi-level analysis and exploration into uncharted territory is vital.

• Storytelling Whiz : Generate and share powerful insights with impactful messaging through presentations and other visual representations that are easily understood by different audiences.

• Analytic and Executive Minded : Be comfortable in the depths of analytics while shaping executive level insights that answer business questions from leaders in product development, finance, sales and customer success.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role within Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Management, M&A or related field.

• Experience managing Oracle application subscriptions data to render operational or financial insights.

• Functional knowledge of detailed subscriptions transactional scenarios and back-end processes, balancing analysis with practical business outcomes.

• Experience in deep analytics and sharing insights with Oracle stakeholders through presentations and other visual representations that answer business questions from leaders in product development, finance, sales and customer success.

• Proficient knowledge/experience with Excel, Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualizer (OAC DV) and SQL Developer to explore data to uncover patterns and anomalies that can impact or shape data outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of subscriptions data towards ensuring integrity in TINNO solutions and enabling high quality insights.

• Connect multiple types of data towards generating new awareness of patterns that can shape predictions and solve business challenges.

• Use Excel, Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualizer (OAC DV) and SQL Query to explore data to uncover patterns and anomalies that can impact or shape data outcomes. Note: This is not a coding position but requires skills allowing different means of querying and joining data in order to shape insights.

• Partner with developers to drive the solution, providing detailed business scenario guidance, visualizations, mocks and perform extensive testing to ensure outcomes are accurate, insightful and actionable.

• Drive engagement with executives, leaders and other users of TINNO insights towards ensuring most effective uptake, interpretation and resulting actions; fostering the dialogue to drive continued enhancements to meet challenging, emerging business questions.

• Demonstrate strong organization and ownership; maintain a detailed, prioritized log of follow-ups and planned enhancements to manage and communicate a shareable roadmap.

• Continuously pursue further knowledge – commit to ever-broadening your domain knowledge and sharing it with others, within the team and beyond.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
