Coverage Area: Payson, Strawberry, Pine, Star Valley. Salary: $19.00 - $19.75 /hourly + Mileage. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm. If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:High School Diploma or GED requiredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.Responsibilities:As a Field Supervisor, you will:Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.Our investment in you:Caring for others starts with caring for you.
