Job Responsibilities As an LSW at In2Great!, you\'ll play a pivotal role in our child-centered approach to therapy. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct client evaluations and assessments. Develop treatment plans and establish goals. Provide therapy sessions based on a child-centered approach. Document sessions and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients’ parents/caregivers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Licensed in good standing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine passion for working with children and families. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
