Duration: 13-26 weeks

Shift: Day shift, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (5x8-hour days)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract

Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License, DEA, BLS (Board Certification preferred, but not required)

Experience: 2+ years in Family Practice

Hourly Rate: $170.43/hour

Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services to all age groups, including children and adults
• Conduct routine examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics
• Document all patient encounters accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in occasional mobile clinic outreach events and school-based clinics as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high-quality patient care standards

What You Need

Required:

• California Medical License (in-hand)
• DEA certification
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of outpatient Family Practice experience
• Fluent in Spanish (required)

Preferred:

• Board-certified in Family Practice (or eligible) for certification, not required
• Experience working in mobile clinic settings or diverse age groups
