I opened my agency in 2019, and since then, we’ve built a close-knit team of five dedicated professionals who truly enjoy working and growing together. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate finance as a CPA in New York, which gave me a strong foundation in helping people make smart financial decisions. I’m a proud Syracuse graduate, a mom to two boys (11 and 13), and when I’m not in the office, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my dog, Charlie. We’re actively involved in our community, from serving on the board of the Jersey Shore Chambers to participating in networking events, happy hours, and women’s chamber initiatives. Our office is built on collaboration — we support one another, celebrate wins as a team, and focus on achieving success together. Team members enjoy consistent training and development opportunities, license reimbursement, and a SIMPLE IRA to support their long-term goals. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jen Ortiz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
