Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch your career in recruiting, sales, staffing, human resources, or business development?
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a clear path for advancement.
No recruiting experience is required. We provide the training, coaching, and development needed to be successful.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and interview job seekers
- Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and our database
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Match candidates with employment opportunities
- Make outbound recruiting calls
- Build candidate pipelines for local employers
- Support client hiring needs with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and candidate notes
