Investment Operations Analyst

A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Investment Data & Operations Analyst to join its team in Boston, Massachusetts. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of investment data used across portfolio operations, investment management, and related business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment operations or investment services, with hands‑on experience working with securities data, pricing, valuation, and investment‑related systems. Work Schedule: Hybrid — 4 days onsite / 1 day remote (Friday) Responsibilities Validate and maintain securities, issuer, benchmark, pricing, and valuation data. Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data issues. Manage data sourcing, vendor feeds, and integrations with internal systems. Distribute investment data and support ad hoc reporting requests. Identify process improvements and contribute to data governance and documentation. Collaborate with portfolio operations, market data, and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of investment operations or investment services experience. Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience working with investment data, pricing, and valuation processes. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of fixed income, structured products, derivatives, and investment accounting. Advanced Excel and experience with Bloomberg, SQL, VBA, Python, or PowerApps.
