Overview Seeking a dynamic BE/BC Heart Failure Cardiologist to join an existing practice. Lead Physician has been with the group for five years and, in 2019, helped open a separate Heart Failure Clinic dedicated to serving the needs of its Heart Failure patients. The clinic currently has two extenders who assist with the daily patient load of rounding in the hospital and seeing patients in the clinic. Responsibilities Provide specialized care in heart failure. In coordination with the Heart Failure Clinic, participate in rounding in the hospital and seeing patients in the clinic.
