THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is structured,

service-minded, and proactive. You likely bring:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (IFS, Zoho or Business Central preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• A positive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a central

role in ensuring smooth service operations

and a high-quality customer experience. Your

responsibilities will include:

• Managing service plans and service contracts in ERP and CRM systems

• Coordinating equipment installations and service visits with customers, technicians, and Field Application Scientists

• Acting as the primary point of contact for service- and contract-related customer communication

• Supporting sales and account management on service offerings and renewals

• Maintaining accurate instrument, contract, and service data

• Ensuring timely contract renewals with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
