Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company? ProStar Staffing is hiring Mail Fulfillment Associates to join a fast-paced production team in Buffalo Grove, IL.
If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and want to be part of a company that keeps critical communications moving, this could be the perfect fit.
ScheduleMonday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Weekly Pay
- Full-Time Hours
- Operate and monitor automated mail fulfillment and inserting equipment
- Prepare billing statements, customer notices, and business communications for processing and mailing
- Load materials into production equipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with equipment setup
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Assist with sorting, packaging, and mail processing operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, machine operator, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Consistent first-shift schedule
