Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to effectively serve students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with educators, support staff, and families
- Knowledge of current best practices in assessment and intervention for school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs through screenings and formal evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeted to each student’s unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and foster an inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes, completing all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Stay updated on the latest research and methods in school-based speech-language pathology
