Maintenance Technician

Crow's Nest Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support over 100 healthcare facilities in SouthernMaine and other specialized facilities. This full‑time, year‑round position focuses on building systems and infrastructure within a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Respond to and complete work orders ranging from diagnostics to repairs of building elements and utility systems. Patch, paint walls and ceilings and replace ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and other consumables. Install wall‑mounted items and perform minor drywall installation and repair. Conduct professional/terminal cleaning and general maintenance tasks. Travel to facilities within 15 miles of Portland, participate in daily field service meetings. Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet service level expectations. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for healthcare staff. Schedule and On‑Call Monday‑Friday, 7:30AM – 4:00PM, with rotating on‑call shifts to cover 24/7 service requirements.
