Sprinkler Technician
Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $20/HR, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | OT Eligible
About the Role:
A local sprinkler company is hiring a Sprinkler Technician to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position focused on the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial irrigation systems. The company is willing to train the right person, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and learning a skilled trade with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Digging and ground preparation for sprinkler systems
- Install and replace sprinkler heads, valves, hangers, risers, and supports
- Assist with sprinkler system service and installation
- Perform winterization services (blowing out irrigation lines at season end)
- Complete physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Follow job site safety practices and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (including heat)
- Highly trainable and open to learning new skills
- Physically capable of performing manual labor
- Reliable work history with strong attendance
- Landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, or pool technician experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable using hand tools and working on job sites
