Position: Technical Support Coordinator (remote)
Location: Mason, OH 45040
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr W-2
Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Schedule: Open availability is required. After training, shifts may start between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Candidates must be available to work evenings until 10:00 PM and at least one weekend day, with a weekday off.
Local Candidate Requirement:
Candidates should ideally be located within 50 miles or approximately a 1.5-hour commute of Mason, OH 45040, as equipment must be picked up from the Mason office after receiving an offer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and chats.
- Provide technical and customer support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using remote diagnostic tools.
- Document customer issues and resolutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Assist with software updates, procedures, and user training.
Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Call center, technical support, customer service, computer systems, or retail/POS experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required; college experience preferred.
