Overview RETAIL STORE MANAGER - SAN FRANCISCO HAYES VALLEY DUER is a fashion brand that creates technical apparel for an active lifestyle. Our goal is to maximize performance without sacrificing style, with products designed for men and women that support active daily life. We are expanding our retail doors and are looking for an entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead the San Francisco – Hayes Valley store, prioritize customer service, and embody DUER values of authenticity and adventure. Reporting to the Director of Retail, the successful candidate will own and strategize store operations, sales, and team development, while growing the DUER community in the regional market. What we’re looking for Entrepreneurial mindset – looking to do things differently and help build the brand Natural leader with the ability to develop and inspire a team Drive to grow the DUER community and expand our reach, one pant at a time Operational excellence Highly professional and organized self-starter Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fun and upbeat personality Embodies what it means to be a DUER Lives the DUER Core Values of Courage, Health + Wellness, Continuous Development, Simplicity and Customer Centricity Salary Range - $70,000 - $80,000 USD Core responsibilities Store Operations Strategize, lead, and execute all day to day operations at the DUER Store Develop, implement, and maintain in-store merchandising plans to the highest standard Oversee all inventory management processes (product replenishment, back stock maintenance, shipping/receiving, inventory counts, exit strategies) Strategize and collaborate with Retail HQ to update and implement retail policies and procedures Manage and optimize all store budget and profitability goals Prepare and analyze all reports Own the Omni-Channel experience in-store; Ecomm Order Management, Curbside Pick Up, Ship to Home, where applicable Driving Sales Create and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic plans to drive results Manage and achieve in-store KPI’s Lead by example on the sales floor while coaching and developing all team in the moment Strategize and bring to life all marketing initiatives and campaigns Customer Experience / Community / Brand Community Connector - someone who naturally builds relationships, connects with other brands and has a knack for executing buzzworthy events that drive excitement and awareness Ensure customer experience is world-class on the sales floor, all of the time Plan, execute, and grow the DUER community through store events and partnerships that elevate the community Become an internal product knowledge expert and truly live and breathe the DUER brand Be a lead brand ambassador in the local community Build relationships with all local DUER reps/retailers, and plan/execute PK training sessions in order to maintain DUER brand standards within the region People Hire, train, and develop a high performing team that provides world-class experiences Own all HR functions; recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, team development, scheduling, payroll, and performance management You first and foremost are a coach for your team.
