Sales Admin/Customer Service Rep

Employment Type: Temporary (August-December), with immediate training opportunity & opportunity to become longer term

We are a small, team-oriented event rental company based in Anaheim. With a close-knit office environment, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting each other across all aspects of the business.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded administrative professional who also has strong customer service and sales support experience. The selected candidate will begin as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide daily administrative support to the office and sales team

* Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email

* Respond to a high volume of emails in a timely and professional manner

* Answer incoming calls and follow established scripts when assisting clients

* Support sales processes, including order entry and client follow-up

* Open and distribute incoming mail and handle general office tasks

* Learn and utilize company software (Alert CRM and rental industry systems)

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

* Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales administration

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Comfortable handling frequent phone interactions with customers

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a small office environment

* Quick learner with strong attention to detail

* Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
