About the Opportunity:We are seeking licensed Dentists to join our team in providing high-quality dental exams to our National Guard Service Members. Dentists will conduct comprehensive dental exams. Exams will take place at armories or other designated military facilities.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive dental exams for military personnel using digital x-rays and diagnostic tools.Accurately record dental findings using digital dental software.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to complete exams or treatments.Ensure compliance with all applicable dental and medical regulations.Provide professional, respectful, and quality care to all Service Members.Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth event operations.Ability to travel by air or ground transportation to locations as scheduled for dental readiness events.Qualifications:Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.Active, unrestricted Dental License in the state of practice.Current CPR (BLS) certification required.Current DEA registration (for those providing treatment).Proficiency with digital x-rays and dental charting software.Strong diagnostic and communication skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile or non-traditional setting.Ability to travel and work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed.Prior Military experience, preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per day).Frequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterity required for assisting during procedures.Ability to lift, carry, and move dental equipment or supply boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination necessary for performing dental tasks safely and accurately.Why Join Our Team:Serve Those Who Serve.
