We foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and professional growth, providing an environment where you can thrive while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.If you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact while working with an exceptional team, we'd love to hear from you.QualificationsWe're looking for a Physical Therapist who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.Requirements:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Completes patient evaluations and initiates the treatment planning process within 36 hours of referral.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and make independent decisions when appropriate.Proficiency with computers and common healthcare software applications.Commitment to maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.Preferred Qualifications:One (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist.Previous hospital or inpatient rehabilitation experience.Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Horizon Rehabilitation Hospital
