• Licensure/Certifications: Medical License in Virginia or IMLC, Board Certified or BE in Hematology/Oncology, BLS, DEA
• Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient Hematology-Oncology experience preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology-Oncology care at a prominent hospital
• Oversee and coordinate care activities, including managing a NP
• Enroll patients in ongoing research studies and clinical trials
• Respond to call coverage needs (weekly M-F schedule)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RN, NP, CNMs, and other specialists
• Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support patient care with adult populations, managing approximately patients daily

What You Need:

• Active Virginia medical license or IMLC in hand (preferred; might consider LOQ)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and oversee NP duties
