Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with physical therapy services in a vibrant school environment near San Carlos, CA. This full-time, school-based position begins August 18th and runs through June 6th, working Monday through Friday for 30+ hours per week. Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California
• Experience delivering physical therapy services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy for a diverse elementary school caseload, focusing on enhancing students’ physical mobility and functional success
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings with student-centered recommendations
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and adapt plans based on student needs
• Educate staff and families regarding therapeutic strategies to support students
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with teachers, parents, and support staff
