Who we are looking for Licensed Therapist for Children and Teens The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, while collaborating with clients and community providers to deliver the most comprehensive, personalized treatment to all clients. What we have to offer Flexible scheduling: 30 client hours a week Base salary PLUS reimbursement sharing Paid holidays, including your birthday Paid Continuing Education time and Access to FREE Continuing Education Library Responsibilities and Duties Client Care: Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling Develop and implement treatment plans Documentation & Compliance: Complete documentation with 48 hours of session Facilitate treatment plan reviews Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a dynamic team Coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed Attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and eligibility to obtain licensure in their designated field Experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus) Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications and Skills Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC); other states welcome Experience with a wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation Experience with telehealth systems and approaches Evening and/or Saturday availability (3pm to 8pm) Supervisory experience a plus What else you should know This position is located in Havertown, PA We are hiring for MULTIPLE positions at this location This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director Learn more about our amazing company at About Us Ellie Mental Health has been providing quality mental health services since its inception, dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for both clients and employees.
