Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ
Employment Type: In-Person, Full-Time

Potterville Care is hiring a Program Manager to oversee high-quality, person-centered HCBS services across In-Home and Group Home settings. This role leads day-to-day program operations, ensures compliance with DDD requirements, supports member outcomes, and supervises staff to maintain consistent, reliable service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate member services to ensure safety, dignity, and person-centered outcomes.
• Manage service authorizations (utilization/expirations) and collaborate with Support Coordinators to ensure authorized hours are in place.
• Complete and document required supervisory visits and ensure member files and documentation meet DDD requirements.
• Respond to vendor calls, coordinate meet-and-greets, support onboarding, and manage placement processes and intake documentation.
• Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff; coordinate schedules and backup coverage to prevent service gaps.
• Ensure staff orientations, member-specific orientations, and required trainings/certifications remain current.
• Lead incident response, fact-finding, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives; lead/participate in audits as needed.
• Review timesheets for accuracy and work with billing/payroll to resolve discrepancies and support timely claims submission.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS required) and at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• High computer literacy, including experience with shared workspaces/collaboration platforms, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong operational leadership skills, including scheduling, supervision, documentation oversight, and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Developmental Disabilities services (HCBS, in-home, or residential/group home).
• Degree in a related field (e.g., health/human sciences, health administration, social services, or similar).
• Any advanced degree (Master’s or higher) is a plus.

 

Work Environment

• In-person role based in Chandler, AZ, with periodic visits to member homes and group homes as part of routine oversight.
• Includes on-call escalation support as assigned.
