Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for patients with telemetry and related conditions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment, such as Alaris pumps and EKG machines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Meditech Expanse system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience in telemetry is essential.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to float to Med-Surg units as needed.
