Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT at Adaptable Life Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and families. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on relationship dynamics and individual family member needs. \n
- Providing specialized support in areas such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and communication difficulties. \n
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster positive outcomes for clients. \n
- Documenting client progress and maintaining comprehensive records in compliance with applicable regulations. \n
- Collaborating with a team of mental health professionals to enhance client care and participate in case consultations. \n
Your work will primarily involve counseling adults, children, and adolescents facing numerous challenges, such as:

- Conflicts among family members and siblings. \n
- Adjustments to separation and divorce, including co-parenting strategies. \n
- Challenges faced by blended families and complex family structures. \n
- Job-related stress and associated mental health concerns. \n
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Demonstrated passion for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence. \n
While not required, the following experiences may enhance your application:

- Familiarity with telehealth practices and experience providing remote therapy. \n
