Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician with experience in commercial floor care. The ideal candidate has experience operating floor machines, buffing floors, and preferably stripping and waxing. This is a hands-on position offering consistent hours, growth opportunities, and the potential for advancement for the right team member.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Operate floor machines to buff and maintain commercial flooring surfaces
✅ Perform stripping and waxing of floors
✅ Sweep, mop, and prepare floors before treatment
✅ Maintain and properly care for floor equipment
✅ Follow safety guidelines and site procedures
✅ Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled floor projects

⭐ Requirements:

✔️ Previous floor buffing experience required
✔️ Stripping and waxing experience preferred
✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔️ Ability to pass background check and drug screening
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work while standing for extended periods
✔️ Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
✔️ Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
