Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
✔ Circulate experience required
✔ Scrub experience preferred
✔ Active Washington or Compact RN License
✔ Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required


Facility Details:
Level 4 Trauma Facility
EMR: Meditech
On-call rotation required
Holiday coverage required
