School NurseThe Gilbert School in Winsted CT is looking to hire a school nurse beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, who will be working closely and reporting to our school nursing supervisor for grades 7-12. Applicants must be a registered nurse, with preferably a bachelor's degree, licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut. Experience in a school setting is not necessary. In addition to the nursing requirements for this position, the successful candidate should be able to handle a fast-paced office, multi-task with enthusiasm, deal with confidential issues, as well as be a compassionate individual who portrays strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with teenagers. Work schedule follows school calendar.
