Interim Litigation Paralegal

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group is seeking an Interim Litigation Paralegal for the next 8-12+ months. Overview We are seeking an interim litigation paralegal to support a busy litigation practice with a strong emphasis on eDiscovery, document management and case organization. Company: Law Firm. Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Relativity to manage ESI, assist with discovery workflows, and support the attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Location: Tampa Responsibilities Include: Manage all aspects of case files from inception through trial and appeal. Coordinate and oversee eDiscovery processes, including collection, processing, review, production and quality control. Utilize Relativity to organize, maintain, search, tag, and produce litigation documents. Prepare document productions in accordance with litigation schedules, court orders, and discovery requests. Assist attorneys with drafting and responding to discovery requests, subpoenas, and document production. Coordinate with outside vendors regarding eDiscovery matters. Maintain document databases and ensure proper indexing, coding, and organizations of records. Prepare exhibits lists, witness files, deposition materials, and trial notebooks. Qualifications Include: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of experience at a mid-size firm. Demonstrated experience managing eDiscovery matters and large-scale document reviews. Advanced proficiency with Relativity, including searching, tagging, batching, productions, and reporting. Experience with document review platforms, legal technology tools, and case management systems.
