As an Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from senior managers and partners, collaborating together to develop, achieve, and succeed with every project. Ideal candidates for the Associate Consultant role demonstrate leadership potential, integrity, problem-solving skills, and the communication skills necessary to work with clients and people at all levels of our firm. We'll Trust you to: Develop code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences client data Execute data processing tasks, troubleshooting errors and ensuring accuracy in both codes and final deliverables while meeting deadlines for clients Identify key metrics to generate valuable insights for advanced client reports, including data visualizations in dashboards and presentations Engage directly with clients, solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions Collaborate with your team to provide strategic solutions for salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentive compensation Take initiative to contribute to ad-hoc projects, addressing unique client + internal team needs You'll need to have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0 to 3 years’ relevant professional experience (candidates with a PhD may apply to our Consultant position). The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $85,000. We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization .
