ASAP start required. Two years of experience is required. Travel experience is preferred. State license is required. BCLS and ACLS certifications are required. EMR/MEDITECH experience is preferred. Skills required include IV start. This position involves caring for patients across various age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a variety of emergency situations. Candidates should be comfortable with a high patient-to-caregiver ratio and floating within the organization. This role requires working weekends and holidays in rotation with staff. The nursing team will operate in accordance with established clinical practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must be able to manage patient care effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
