A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor:

* Assign and supervise work crews operating solidwastecollectionequipment.
* Monitors progress of daily operations, reassigns employees, and makesstaffing changesas necessary.
* Helps develop and executesafetygoals.
* Conductsfield inspectionsand audits of all site personnel to ensure properwork procedures.
* Receives and reviewscustomer complaintsregarding collection programs.
* Performs reviews andperformance managementdiscussions.
* Formulates both short-term and long-term goals andaction plansfor the Hauling Company.
* Oversees a variety of complexcompliance programs, including environmental,OSHA, andlocal permitting.

Must Have:
* Have or ability to obtain aCDL
