Learning Experience Product Manager

To enhance student engagement and success, the full-time Learning Experience Product Manager will design and test innovative learning formats, improve student retention, and strengthen project outcomes, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and test strategies to capture student attention and reduce early drop-off rates Improve engagement metrics and ensure higher completion rates for programs Conduct experiments to identify effective learning formats and implement successful initiatives Required qualifications Product management experience in online education Proven ability to implement changes and measure their impact with data Experience with student retention and program completion strategies Self-driven with a proactive approach to leadership and direction Understanding of how AI is transforming education and hiring practices
