Under the direction of the VP of Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining audit-ready systems and ensuring data integrity within a HIPAA- and 42 CFR Part 2-regulated environment. This role is responsible for processing medical records requests, organizing agency contracts and agreements, and assisting with clinical record review and confidentiality compliance activities.
