Temporary Administrative Staff

Temporary Administrative Staff LMS Systems Integration Project

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Staff member to support a Learning Management System (LMS) integration project. This role will assist with project coordination, data entry, documentation, testing support, and communication between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support LMS and HRIS data validation, cleanup, and migration activities
  • Assist with project documentation, tracking logs, and meeting coordination
  • Help monitor project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support for system testing and user acceptance activities
  • Coordinate communications and maintain organized project records
  • Assist with reporting and basic troubleshooting documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in HRIS, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field
  • Interest in HR technology, systems integration, or software implementation projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
