Tax Manager (Cleveland)

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance, client engagements, project management, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Review individual, business, trust, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Identify and resolve tax issues and provide tax planning recommendations.
• Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned engagements.
• Coordinate and delegate work to staff and review their deliverables.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Stay current with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or EA license required.
• 6–8+ years of tax compliance experience, including individual and business taxation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation.
• Experience with corporate, partnership, and trust taxation preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and tax research skills.
