Principal Test Engineer

Plans and executes software testing across many test types including systems integration, regression, functional, API, AI, and end-to-end. Responsible for testing complex and moderately integrated systems to ensure compliance with business requirements while following Navy Federal testing standards and best practices. Writes technically complex test plans, conducts functional and technical requirement analysis, creates test cases for new or modified systems, executes tests, and collects and archives auditable test evidence. Manages software detects while working closely with the business to understand risk and prioritize defect solutioning. Ensures testing solutions incorporate AI technologies to ensure the highest possible level of efficiency. Responsible for coaching peers and team members throughout the test lifecycle.
