Essential Skills

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience handling materials and working in a production or distribution environment.

Experience operating a sit-down forklift safely in a warehouse setting.

Material handling experience, including loading, unloading, and moving heavy products.

Prior experience working with pick sheets or similar documentation to select and prepare orders.

Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, frequently lifting up to approximately 100 pounds.

Comfort with frequent standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing throughout the shift.

Ability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform warehouse tasks.

Adequate close vision and depth perception to safely operate equipment, read labels, and work with inventory.

Basic computer skills to check inventory, generate transfers, work orders, and invoices.

Ability to work safely and follow established policies and procedures in a warehouse environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
