Foreman Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, and planting.
• Use hand and power tools including mowers, shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and other maintenance equipment.
• Complete seasonal duties including snow removal and spreading salt on walkways, driveways, and parking areas.
• Clean facilities and job sites, remove trash and waste, and maintain organized work areas.
• Inspect, maintain, and assist with minor repairs of tools and equipment while following all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Foreman Qualifications:

• Landscaping, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to the Marysville worksite.
• Must be able to provide 3 years of work history or a resume and explain any recent employment gaps.
• Must be comfortable working mandatory overtime, including shifts up to 12 hours and weekend work when required.
• Must successfully complete required background screening and pre-employment drug testing.
