Manufacturing Visual Inspection Technician Schedule: Full-Time | Shift: 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2PM-10:30PM Location: Fremont, CA Join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer as a 2nd shift Manufacturing Visual Inspection Technician. In this role, you'll inspect injectable drug products, support manufacturing operations, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards in a cGMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities: Perform visual inspection of pharmaceutical products for defects. Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation. Operate production equipment and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Support filling, packaging, palletizing, and cleaning activities. Follow cGMP, safety, and quality procedures. Report deviations and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or biotechnology training preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Comfortable using computers and electronic manufacturing systems. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must successfully pass a vision exam (visual acuity and color vision) prior to starting.
