Registered Nurse Home Health

Schedule: Days, Monday to Friday, possible weekend shifts

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• One year of prior clinical experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages
• Conduct client admissions, evaluations, and care plan development
• Collaborate with a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals to ensure coordinated care
• Ensure the highest level of care for clients served in the home health setting
