Are you a Production Supervisor, CNC Team Lead, or Lead CNC Machinist with 5-axis machining experience looking to step into a role where you can shape the performance of an entire machining department?

In this role, you will oversee daily machining operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved. You'll lead a team of skilled machinists, coordinate workflow across multiple machines, and drive improvements that enhance productivity and operational performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced machining professional looking to move into leadership, or an established supervisor seeking greater responsibility and long-term progression.
The Role
- Lead and support a team within a busy CNC machining environment.
- Coordinate production activities to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met.
- Support training, development, and performance management of shop floor personnel.
- Monday – Friday, day shift position.
The Person
- Experience within a CNC machining environment, ideally in a leadership or lead hand capacity.
- Strong background operating or supporting 5-axis CNC machinery.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
