Assignment Details Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Location: Miami, FL Schedule Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Job Description The OR Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care within the Operating Room. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a sterile environment, assisting with surgical procedures, and maintaining the overall safety and care of patients during their surgical experience. Responsibilities Prepare the operating room and arrange necessary equipment. Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures. Inspect, maintain, decontaminate, and repair surgical instruments. Maintain inventory records for surgical equipment and supplies. Provide pre- and post-surgical care including dressing application and patient transport. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Minimum of 2 years of current experience in an acute hospital setting. Strong experience in ortho, neuro, robotics, and willingness to float to general OR. Notes Contract & local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
